• The anticipated duration of presentations is 15 minutes
• The official/working languages of the conference are: Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Bosnian, Montenegrin and English.
• To submit a topic, it is necessary to send the names of the authors, the title of the presentation, a summary of up to 300 words and 5 keywords in one of the official languages of the conference and in English.
• The abstract should be sent as a Word document, font TNR, size 12, single line spacing between lines and paragraphs.
• After the conference (in 2025), a collection of peer-reviewed papers will be published. All proceedings/scientific books have thus far been categorised as A1 - with the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts as co-organiser and co-publisher.
• To participate in the conference, it is necessary to pay the registration fee amounting to 70 EUR to IMIN's account: HR7123900011100011476 (Hrvatska poštanska banka), payment description: MI3 registration fee.​ Student attendance is free.
